Morgan Sheehan is the founder of Palm Beach Coastal Strategies, a Florida-based consulting team dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions across ocean conservation, agriculture, education, and community development.
A proud graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Agricultural Education and Communication, Morgan’s work bridges the gap between science, policy, and public engagement. Her career began in both the towing and transportation industry and environmental education, giving her a unique understanding of how Florida’s land, ocean, and infrastructure are deeply interconnected.
As Miss North Palm Beach USA 2025, Morgan uses her platform to advocate for stronger environmental literacy in schools through initiatives like her proposed Ocean & Agriculture Education Act, which integrates sustainability and conservation into Florida’s K–12 curriculum. She is also actively involved in deploying artificial reefs along Florida’s coast to restore marine habitats and educate communities on the importance of protecting local ecosystems.
Morgan created Palm Beach Coastal Strategies to unify her professional expertise and passion for advocacy under one mission: to connect policy, education, and industry in creating a more resilient and sustainable Florida. Through strategic collaboration, public outreach, and innovative project development, her goal is to empower organizations, government agencies, and schools to make meaningful environmental change, from soil to sea.
